    Viewing

    Accompanied viewings 7 days a week, including evenings.

    Application

    Complete our application form and pay the holding deposit (1 week's rent).

    Referencing

    Credit, employment, previous landlord and right-to-rent checks.

  5. 05

    Move-in

    Sign tenancy, pay balance, collect keys. Welcome home.
